Very nice and durable. Strong magnets. I have a vent in my kitchen pantry for some reason, and the heat always melts all of my chocolate. Thankfully, this diverts the heated air away from the pantry, and I no longer have melted food in the winter

These vent deflectors have been surprisingly effective! I use one on a floor vent by my kitchen window to redirect air away from the glass (where condensation and humidity build up), and the other on a high wall vent in my bathroom to push the air downward instead of toward the ceiling. Both made an immediate difference in improving airflow and helping with moisture control — something I’ve struggled with due to uneven heat and humidity that can lead to mold and mildew. The magnetic hold is fairly strong and stays put even when the air is running full blast. The plastic is thick, clear, and durable, and the adjustable length makes it easy to fit different vents. I’m planning to order more before winter because they really do help balance the air and keep problem areas drier and more comfortable.

These vents divert the warm air across the floor and are easy to install. We have one that is in a bit of a traffic zone and occasionally gets kicked off the vent. The size is perfect and adjustable.

Used it on a portable PLASTIC A/C unit. Gets the job done right for a great price. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to divert airflow. I didn't use the strips and couldn't use the magnets but instead attached some velcro strips to make it detachable.

I live in an older home and my vents are on the walls near the ceiling. I always wondered how much heat I was wasting by having it stay in the top of the room all the time. I ordered a pair of these vents and my daughter put them up for me when they arrived. It took her less than a minute. The next day I noticed that the rooms were warmer - I could feel the heat coming from the furnace much better. So I went and turned the thermostat down a couple degrees! That means these things will actually pay for themselves. Other reviews have complained that they are flimsy or the magnets aren't good enough. For me, that is not true. They are air deflectors, people! I would call them lightweight, not flimsy. And if you are trying to make them fit something other than a metal register of the appropriate size, then you are a goofball. Read the description to be aware of what you are getting. These deflectors are clear so they are unobtrusive on the wall. Notice my different color walls in the photos. They deflect the air down into the room, so what's not to like? Nice product, reasonable price, good vendor, fast shipping - I say 5 stars! Remember... this is a small business trying to make a living. That's the kind of business we all want to support. I'm always amused when I read a cooking recipe review and they say... "I changed 3 ingredients and cooked it at a different temperature and it didn't work. They should have done better!" What the??? So don't be sticking these air deflectors on a non-metal surface or pulling them apart because your register is bigger than they will go. Those things mean you need a different product! The vendor can't come back and say such a thing but I can! Use them how they are meant to be used and you will be happy. Otherwise, get in line for a Darwin Award because you are definitely wading in the shallow end of the gene pool. Disclaimer - I mean no offense to anyone in particular. I just chose this moment to get on the soapbox and make a point about how people often make reviews. They work great for houses with small vents to change the direction of air flow weather it’s for heat or central air . We have them in all but one room in our house , only complaint is the magnets could be a little stronger for holding them on the vent covers.

These are very easy to install the only thing is if your vents are small the magnets don’t reach

Product arrived and was much smaller than expected and the quality was very poor. I tried to rerun and the QR codes given to me didn’t work. I contacted the seller and was very unhelpfully redirected back to Amazon who couldn’t help. Very poor quality for the price you pay.

This simply does not work. The magnets are weak and poorly installed and the unit can’t support its own weight somsimply collapses on extension. Not sure why they even manufacture it. Straight in the bin.
