These helped my child stay regular and not constipated. They were gentle enough not to cause any stomach pains and were very effective. I also appreciated that the taste was child approved even though they are sugar free.

These have changed our life!! I have a 2 1/2 year old with a dairy allergy who has always struggled with pooping. I decided to try these as a last resort to avoid a scope at the GI doctor and they work!! My son went from pooping once a week to every other day or every couple of days on his own. No more MiraLAX or suppositories which is a HUGE improvement for us.These are very hard so I cut them in half or fourths for my son. 10/10 product though.

Fairly clean ingredients. Toddler loves the flavor. We’ve only been taking for a couple of weeks now.. so not all that sure about its effectiveness… but was recommended this brand.

My kids take these nightly and it keeps them regular. They have history of constipation and this gently moves things along.

I love Mary Ruth’s and the taste on these isn’t awful, they are just a little too hard for a gummy. We have her probiotics and those are super soft and easy to chew but my son won’t eat these because they are too hard for him to chew. EDIT: Customer service refunded, very impressed with this company. Will continue to purchase their products.

If I could give these 10 stars I would. My toddler suffered from terrible tummy trouble due to withholding—she was absolutely miserable at school, at home, everywhere. She was also very finicky about every solution we tried. We couldn’t sneak anything past her. But she loves the taste of these gummies, looks forward to eating them, and they WORK. This girl is r-e-g-u-l-a-r, and honestly it’s made her a completely different and much happier little girl.

These gummies are absolutely hard as a rock. I should have read reviews thoroughly before purchasing. I assumed all was good if it was Mary Ruth brand. No! I even contacted Mary Ruth and they offered me a new container of these. I thought maybe it was a bad batch or something. The new container also had all hard gummies. My kids refuse to eat these because they are so hard. And besides that, they are absolutely a choking hazard for younger kids! Stay away….these are not worth the try! Mary Ruth needs to figure this issue out ASAP!

They are kind of hard for my 3yo to chew. I have to cut them. But seems to keep her regular.
