EOW XPEDITE PRO Telescopic Fishing Rods, Spinning & Casting Poles

This is my second EOW telescoping rod and I absolutely love these rods. The first one was a spinning rod that I bought before heading to the Jersey Shore where I was planning to fish the back bays for flounder. I caught a couple of smaller ones but they fought like crazy and the rod handled them with ease. I then bought this one to use with my baitcasting reel while kayaking when I didn’t want to drag a lot of gear along. My first time out with it this season I hooked into a 40” Musky. Unfortunately I wasn’t prepared to land a musky (I had a small net for bass and my fish-crazy dog in the boat), so I had to let the fish run along my kayak hoping it would shake the lure, which it thankfully did. Through all of that, the rod handled the musky with ease!

I have the Xpedite Pro and the lite. The Pro Is the one I prefer as I don't need a really sensitive tip throwing spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. Both are nice rods and its nice to always have two rods in my truck. Stick them in the seatback pocket and they are out of the way and less likely to get damaged.

Works great , I'm rough on my stuff and this has held up. Only thing is the tip is hard to retract when collapsing ,becareful and fish on

Best telescope casting rod out there! I paired it with my Daiwa CC80 and it was the perfect combo. I took this on a weekend canoe trip with the uncles and cousins and this rod caught bass, pikes, and monster catfish! Caught a 4lb smallie that fought like crazy and the catfishes were all over 5lbs. The rod held up just fine!

1.Packaged well, plastic case to protect eyes. 2. Fiber/cloth to keep folded rod in. 3. 7 foot act. fast power, rated 8/17 lb. line, lure1/4-5/8 oz.. 4. Feels like a normal or 2 piece rod. 5. Has a hook holder most Oriental built rods neglect to add? 6. My hand is between L-XL, fells good with cork handle. 7. Would not use spinning reel on this one. 8.Pleasing to the eye if that's important, dark blue tuff coating. 9.Hope I'm not disappointed, if it is a rod telescopic maybe all I buy, less storage space less eye brakage 10. Will use soon if problem, will add to review, again Quality seems great! 😃

For the right reel and line that suits this rod is worth purchasing. When riding a bike electric etc. in a backpack instead of a long pole that doesn’t telescope can definitely win the day. Is solid and works well like a pole that doesn’t telescope. And a must have with other fishing gear. I’ve been investing in these for years and they do get better within time. Plus they’re great space savers.

I've bought around 20 different types of collapsible casting rods and this is still one of my favs. For the price you cant go wrong

They sent a used dirty rod? Can’t imagine why they would do that. It has a filthy hand print on it. Makes me upset. I do really love this rod quality except it’s true it’s not straight when it’s extended and the eyes are not exactly designed for good casting. I still think this is the best collapsing rod I’ve ever held. I love the look and feel except it’s dirty!? Why is it used? This is crazy

Broke in my 7 foot Eow xpedite pro today and love it. This folds down to 16 inches and fits right in my small fishing tackle bag.

I’m happy with that very light and sensitive to bite
