The description states: made fresh when you order them, guaranteed! yet it also says item is in stock and ready for next day delivery?

Well see, they really do make new fresh ones when you order, to replace the ones that you ordered, so that they will always be in stock and ready for next day delivery. Hope this helps.

Does these leave smoke on the walls?

No, incense does not leave smoke on the walls. The fragrance is the best incense I have ever used! Enjoy!

Are these made of frankincense and myrrh only? No more ingredients?

I'm looking at all sides of the box, and there isn't a list of ingredients. On the front, it says "Hand Made Incense Sticks Frankincense & Myrrh".

Is this frankinscence similar in odor to the type used at Catholic Masses?

No for that I would suggest you go to one of the Benedictine Monastic Communities online. This is really good but not the church good stuff. For that you will need to buy charcoal disks and the incense sold in resin crystal form. And we Episcopalians use incense too lol
