Diaper Rash Cream, Zinc Oxide Baby Ointment, 3 oz

I bought this specifically to use on my face at night after damaging my skin barrier from overdoing active skincare products. Even though it’s technically a diaper rash cream, it ended up working surprisingly well as an overnight barrier cream for dry, irritated skin. The texture is very thick and rich, so I only use a small amount as the last step in my nighttime routine. It creates a protective layer that helps lock in moisture overnight, and by morning my skin usually feels calmer, softer, and less tight. I noticed it helped a lot with flaky areas around my cheeks and nose. I also like that it doesn’t have a heavy fragrance or that burning feeling some skincare products can cause when your skin is already irritated. It does leave a greasy finish, but since I only use it before bed, that doesn’t really bother me. The tube is on the smaller side, but because the formula is so thick, a little goes a long way. I wouldn’t personally use this during the day or under makeup, but for nighttime skin barrier support it’s been really helpful.

Only cream that works . My daughter has been using this since she was a newborn. We’ve tried others but the hospital and her pediatrician prescribed this insurance doesn’t like covering it so I’m glad we can order it. We’ve gotten it from Walmart and now from amazon it’s amazing cream and we only use a pea side it’s thick and goes a long ways. It prevents a rash and are daughter has had one from the hospital when she was born and it works wonders. I recommend this and probably would pay any cost for it. Highly recommend this for your babies bums.

Love this paste. Reach for it significantly more than my other zinc paste. We mainly use it for my babys folds since it has awesome cornstarch. Started when she developed yeast under her neck, armpits, and leg folds. With more diligent washing plus this paste. Have not had any yeast issues.

This was used for diaper rash and was extremely effective. It is a thick paste that stays where you put it, covers very well providing an excellent moisture barrier. We've used this product for years and are really pleased with it.

We were given this by an at-home nurse for diaper rashes and it helped clear up a really bad diaper rash our kiddo had. We then immediately bought another after we ran out to keep on hand for diaper rashes. Very effective! After wiping our kiddo’s butt, we make sure the skin is completely dry, apply a thick layer of Triple Paste and then close up the new diaper.

Used this during a stretch of nights when irritation kept showing up despite frequent changes, and it was getting hard to keep things calm before bedtime. I applied it after the evening routine and again right before sleep as a preventative layer. By the next morning, things looked noticeably calmer, even after a full overnight stretch. It had a thick consistency that stayed in place instead of rubbing off quickly, which mattered because overnight movement tends to break down lighter creams. During the day, it also helped reduce repeat flare-ups when used consistently after changes. One downside is the texture is heavy and takes a bit longer to spread evenly compared to thinner lotions, so you have to be deliberate when applying it. Overall, it made overnight routines more predictable and less reactive.

I recently discovered Triple Paste Medicated Ointment for diaper rash, and while it’s marketed for babies, I found it to be a surprisingly effective product for facial basting as well.
