What is the difference between the nickel and the nickel-pro options?

I purchased more expensive pro version and supposed to be vintage style tuner posts rather than string going through side of post like on modern tuners' in fact despite paying extra' tuners were identical to modern tuners and the cheaper non pro version.

are the posts different heights or all the same
