When I did not sleep, best melatonin so far for me. And I actually like the flavor.

Is this high dose melatonin recommended?

My husband works 3rd shift and we have two younger kids at home, this is one of the only ways he can fall asleep. I would say if you don't have that hard of a time falling asleep then maybe this high wouldn't be for you. Try a lower dose if you don't feel you need to be hit with this much.

The formula is very good, including D3 and MSM. I take it after breakfast (I'm a night worker) and I am fine to get up 5 hours later without any problem and I'm over 50.
