Highly recommend
Love these bulbs! Just leave your light switch on and they turn themselves on at dusk and turn off when it’s daylight. No need to remember to turn your lights on or off. I especially love the fact if your away from home and are gone longer than expected and return after dark, no worries, your porch light is already on for you.

Works as advertised.
Works as advertised. Since there is no single point of the sensor, the bulb will react to light from any angle. The yellow light does not attract as many bugs.

Worse Than Useless
Wasted my money, these don’t work at all.1. Moths and other bugs are attracted to this bulb. If anything , there are MORE bugs at my door than when I had a soft-white bulb in the fixture.2. It goes out for five seconds roughly twice a minute, because of other lights nearby. My old bulbs, screwed into a photo-eye fixture, never went out all night long.*** Don’t waste your money. ***

Great Safety Device
These light bulbs work!! They stay on just enough time for you to be able to go and look out to see if there is anything there, and most of the time it's one of the many deer we have in the neighborhood. I am going to put one at my front dor next so I can see who is eating all my tulips! Great price, too, so go ahead and buy them. Don't know how I ever lived without them.

Not sure why they're not as effective anymore
They worked good for a while--about 6 mos, but now they seem to be attracting more bugs than repelling. The light is still yellow, so I don't understand what the problem is. They still come on at dark, so I'll just have to find another use for them, like a shed or unattached garage, but not for my front/back door!
