These work EXACTLY as described. I have purchased numerous times to help get rid of fruit flies and fungus gnats. I keep them in my indoor flower pots to help prevent fungus gnats (and trap them if I have any_ and when I get fruit flies in the house I will put one near the "location" of the source and they do their job. The size is small enough as to not be distracting but big enough to do their job. The shapes are cute and they are very easy to use. My cat has a tendency to get in the house plants and has had these stuck on her numerous times...easy to remove when it happens (but a lot of fur usually gets stuck!) Highly recommend.

Great, inexpensive product. Only minor complaint is the paper covering the plastic doesn’t remove easily in one piece; it tears into multiple pieces and residue gets stuck on fingers. Would recommend though for price point.

These are inexpensive, easy to use, and effective. They work well in plants, but I had little luck placing them in areas outside of the plants. I repotted my plants and suddenly I had gnats flying around my home. I placed them in all of my plants and I've only seen a couple since then. I will continue to replace the traps until they are completely clear. I will then leave them for a few more weeks, as the gnats lay eggs in the potting soil and then they make a come back. Apparently if you overwater your plants or you buy contaminated soil (I used an expensive brand, it ended up not being a miracle) you can get gnats. I also waited an extra day to water my plants. Apparently if the soil gets dry you can throw off the hatching cycle and that is supposed to help. Once they are definitely gone I can return to my regular watering routine. I don't like under watering the plants because the surface watering doesn't get to the roots, but too much can cause root rot. Good luck!

It is really useful especially at this season. I put it around my pot and catch a lot of flies. It is easy to use. But the butterfly shape is hard to take off the stickers

Trying to root some tree's and these caught a lot of the pesky gnats. For the price and the amount, you can't beat it. I have a life supply.

Works great! Catches the gnats that live in my flower pot soil. Sometimes its tricky removing the wax,white backing paper.

As soon as I put this in my pot, it immediately started working. For the price I would say that this is a worthy purchase. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the white cover to preserve the sticky trap can be such a pain to take off, rarely for me did it ever come off perfectly. Buyers!! understand that this is only going to kill the adults, you need to buy special products like neem oil or mosquito bits to kill the larva in the soil to get rid of them for good.

Bought these as have a bad gnat problem indoors. Perhaps from an infested bag of soil. Over night the 6 or so traps I placed around the house caught so many the traps were coated
