Pleasantly surprised, it’s a good buy
When I first opened the box I must admit to being disappointed. The first things I picked up were the circle sections, they were plastic.. The upright and top section felt better. They were much more solid. I thought about sending it back and getting an all metal one.Then thought about how the metal ones fit together, previous obelisks I have assembled required a lot of screwing parts together, a tedious chore. They also stared to rust after within a couple of years, dismantling would be virtually impossible.The assembly for this was quick and easy. The completed structure felt very robust. The plastic coating on the uprights should offer a lot of protection. When I built the obelisk. I left out one section, it was needed at the moment. It’s great to know that as my rose and clematis grow taller, I can quickly add the additional section.

An easy solution for supporting climbing plants
This is one of the best things I have bought for my garden good quality and price, easy to assemble and looks really good.The blackbird on the top will add class as my clematis grows up it.

Worth it
I’m very happy with this trellis, it a lot better that the sticks I was using, it’s very cheap in price but good value for money. You can buy two and join them together to create a bigger one, I’m going to buy 4 and try and make an arch around my front door

Plastic seems flimsy
This obelisk seems flimsy and looks cheap. Time will tell if it can do the job of metal ones at less than half the price.However, it was easy to assemble and nouns very well, fits a pot of the right diameter well and won’t rust.

Great to build around existing rose.
Great trellis. Brought as could be built piece by piece around a tall rose that I could not get a pre built one over without breaking the plant. And then can extend the top once its tall enough.Very easy to put together for me even around the rose bush!The uprights are metal coated in plastic and the hoops are a strong plastic, and all together very study. Impressed with it so far.

Easily Assembled Plant Support
Purchased two and am highly delighted with this obelisk to train my clematis up. It was so, so easy to assemble, no nuts or screws required. Took this 80+ lady ten minutes to put together. Probably less for the next one. The "legs" appear to be metal with pointed ends to easily insert into a pot or ground. The circular parts are strong plastic to easily bend, and just slot together. There is a choice of finial, either a bird or just a point. I bought the shorter one which is around 54" which is obviously shorter once pushed in but ideal for my requirements.
