After my last review we received a new soap dispenser, it has been a full week since we've been using it and it is amazing! Works wonderfully and easy enough for my everyone in my family including my kids. The first one we received may have been defective because the new one is working perfectly, thank you for a great product!

Great soap dispenser! I saw the bad reviews and i was worries before ordering, however I said I must check it out :) Well build product, and nice stainless steal, however, I did notice that hand soap runs much smoother than the dish soap, maybe because of the thickness. Well if you are looking for a hand soap dispenser, this one is great!

So sad....I LOVED this soap dispenser. It's attractive and I love the "no touch" feature, however it stopped working after 2 weeks! It seemed haunted because it wouldn't work when put my hand under it, then would start dispensing 15min later when I was out of the room! Tried changing batteries etc but no deal.

I wish I can recommend this item...Unboxing/set-up:Doesnt take a genius to do this. Open box. Put 4 AAA. Done.Usage:My first attempt was successful, I almost questioned the other negative comments about the item. BUT THEN not even a minute later (after I set it up for my toddler to use in the bathroom sink) it didn’t dispense any soap. [Maybe bad batteries so I changed it]. Second try. Third try. Patience I said. I stuck my hand out for about 20 seconds and came a small amount. I tried it again just to be sure that it’s functioning properly at this time. NOTHING again. So I decided to return the item cuz I’m not about to wait 20 seconds to see if it will or will not dispense soap when I wash my hands.Look:It’s not bad actually. It’s chrome-y than what I was expecting but since it was just going to be in the master bathroom, I’m OK with it.

I like how this product looks and how to operate it but maintaining it is a nightmare.It comes with a riser (so it doesn't touch the surface) but it makes annoying and irritating sound everytime you accidentally or purposely move it.Given that i purchased this product 3months ago, it already broke and alot of rust already developed on the product.I try to maintain the product as much as possible. I make sure that everytime I use the faucet or shower, there wasn't any mist, water vapor or any water in the product.But it turns out, this product is unreliable and not durable.

Not a big fan of it. After a month of use, the nozzle will get clogged and needs to be cleaned. Not only that, adjusting the flow settings is not all that intuitive and I still haven't gotten it to work right. Going back to using a manual pump now

Easy two step set up. Put in batteries, and then put in soap. Viola. It doesn't let the soap out super fast, so not much gets wasted. It's got a little whirring motor sound that alerts me when the kids are using it- or spilling extra for that matter. It holds enough to not need to refill constantly, which is definitely nice. Overall, I'd say go for it! You won't regret having an easy soap dispenser, there are so many ways to use it.

If I could give it a - I would. I ordered two of these for myself, with the plan of ordering 4 more for my daughters. They did not work at all. I went out and purchased new batteries and new hand soap and they still didn't work at all. I returned them.
