These supplements have been helping my stomach and movements greatly. I’ve not experienced any adverse side affects as of yet but report back if that time comes. Not a bad price considering how long they last you. The taste isn’t too great but not off putting, however they are very large. If you’re not able to swallow normal size tablets with ease then these might not be a great option for you. See the picture for a comparison to an ibuprofen. Excellent works for me 100%. I suffer badly with constipation even drinking plenty of fluids and a good high fibre protein diet.I got fed up of buying over the counter laxatives or Sena and other types and having hit and miss success with them.I struggled with the mix up powder laxido type stuff too it's horrid to drink.The constipation was causing me issues with hemoroids and sometimes bleeding.I looked at the reviews and done some research of my own I take two of these psyllium husk capsules after my tea.Before I go to bed or at latest first thing in morning I'm on the loo doing the do.No hard stools I have been suffering with I'm a week in with these supplements and I've been to the loo everyday in the last week I've been taking them for which is no flook.This is something I've not done for at least 5 years or more so these capsules are getting took everyday without fail.

I previously used the Bulk Psyllium Husk powder which, in all fairness, I had a lot more than the recommended dose in order to increase my fibre intake. The powder can be difficult to mix with food/shakes therefore I decided to try a tablet format. These tablets are easy to swallow but I wonder whether the dosage is high enough as I haven’t noticed the same digestive benefits as when I used the powder. I am tempted to increase the dosage to three tablets to see if that makes a difference

Amazing it helps me with weight loss , I feel less craving than before and eat less as a result, wasn’t exputhat much heyfrom small tablets, it helped me with constipation overall an excellent product

Psyllium is helping with pain relief in the digestive system. Very easy to swallow, drink a glass of fluid when taking them. The size seems a little large, but it has a coating which makes it easy.

Product arrived quickly and seemed of good quality. Capsules were easy enough to swallow. Unfortunately did nothing to aid my digestive issues except make me even more bloated.

Me and my husband both used these supplements wanting to increase our fibre intake. For me personally they worked wonderfully, I noticed the effects quickly after consistent use after a couple of weeks. My husband didnt feel they worked too well for him and didn't notice much change after the same amount of time. There is a slight aftertaste too them but I didn't find it too bad. The size of the bottle makes it excellent value for money and I would happily purchase again.
