One of the best
Not only for beginners , it's very much useful for intermediates and for prof. , too. Now that , I'm used to of pre-workouts so usually i dnt feel any kind of sensation in my body but overall it's a great pre-workout the reason why i didn't gave it 5 star because thoda sa lamba nhi chalta yrr 1 mahine ke andar khatam ho jaata h mb waalo plz yrr quantity bhada do😭🙏

Before consuming
Take before 45 minutes of gym it will be perfect u won’t feel the energy or focus during that 45 min it feels like normal juice according to the flavour when u go to the gym finish u r first exercise u won’t feel tiredness u feel to do it again with more weights but this product will start effecting after 3 to 4 day of consumption so be patient it will be worth in the gym lifting heavier than u use to u feel good after the gym most recommended for biggners and if any one as gas problems in stomach it will be little bit issue but u r good to go

Extremely bad taste - please avoid
Have been using pre workouts from MB for quite some time, and I want to say this one is the worst possible they’ve made. The taste is just horrible, and it stinks the entire container/shaker you mix it into. I’ve not seen any difference in my performance, so I doubt this works. Would not recommend

Value for money . Gets going in 10-15m
About me-5 yrs of fitness experience . Tried on and muscle blaze brands both. Value for money- excellent Who should take it- all levels fitness enthusiast Flavour-didnt like Time-10 to15 minutes don't go over 30min effect starts to fade Experiment with water n powder quantity according to your needs.
