these keep me going and are worth the price. i've tried other multivitamins and will happily stick with this. i do not split the doses but rather just take two at once. would probably be even better if taken as directed, several hours apart. but i don't remember and just found it's better to do it this way.

suspicious with safety of such insane dose of Methylated B12
Love the brand, and ordered the multi without careful enough inspection. Loads of newer research of actual side effects of prolonged high B's.... Welllllllll. Didn't notice that Methylated B12 is 20,000 times (yes, there's the right amount of zeros) the recommended dosage. No longer do progressive nutrition experts believe that doses this high are just eliminated in the urine. So, I'll use a single cap once or twice a week, in the mix of my stand-by multis. Will not order again if formula stays this way.
