So this book was exactly what I wanted!

Lovely cookbook
So many delicious authentic recipes! I can't wait to try it all out! The curry fish sounds amazing! I love that it gives detailed recipes for different masalas!

A Very good written book.
What do you need in the begining for Indian recipes. Smart and easy way to do with photos. End of the book usefull informations kind of bonus.

No proper clear Colored pictures
The recipes are amazing but was expecting real colored pictures.

Except for the cover, the entire pages are in black and white
Except for the cover, the entire pages are in black and white including the pictures of the food, you can't even tell what the food will look like by looking at the pictures because it's all in black and white. So techinically, if you're like me who likes to pick Inspiration on what to cook based on what the food looks like in the book, unfortunately, this book won't work for you.I've only looked at this book about 2x since receiving it.
