Quality of strap is very bad and not covered in 1 year warranty
Quality of strap was very bad and broken in 7 months of use. Coustomer care advising to buy strap from amazon and it cost 11$ watch cost is 45$. Amazfit is not selling any accessories. Don't buy the product from them.

I love this band. I love the app even more!
Iโve been a Fitbit gal for many years. Their app is what made me switch. It just didnโt work well. I mainly use an activity tracker to monitor my steps and motivate me to move a bit more. Steps are accurate and the size is perfect. Sleep tracking is next level. I love that it tracks my heart rate. There were a lot of reviews about the band, but I havenโt had any issues with it yet and I find it very comfortable. I did buy back ups because I can see how it would wear out and fall off. In my opinion this is the best budget friendly option out there.

great watch and a lot of info from it. The price is right. Don't buy Fitbit
I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 in last Xmas and use it for several months. Not only the Charge 5 is expensive to buy and gave a very little info. Fitbit want more than $100 a year if you want more info. I got disappoint with Fitbit and got myself a Amazfit Band 7. I was very happy with it. The reading is accurate especially the blood oxygen and pulse rate. It can also monitor your oxygen level and pulse rate continuously for 24 hours. It came with 6 watch face you don't have to pay and it is more than enough for me. The app is easy to install even for a seniors. It gives me more info than I needed. If you want a watch to keep track of your health and workout and stress, this is the one. It is well made. the wrist strap is not the best. I bought a metal wrist trap to replace it. One thing it does not do is to do ECG like the Fitbit. So, don't expect it will warn you for irregular heart beats.

don't like band but tracker is great
This band is great, does everything it says, INCLUDING runtime, although i have recharged it at 13 days just to be sure. Not a fan of the included wristband and alternates are few but out there. these are not just straps but the tracker is a module that fits into the band. Still a 5 though, others might not have issue with included band. for me the buckle hole seems to large and is allowing it to come undone. holding it together with breadtie until new band arrives
