what size to get if my waist is 45 inches

Hi right now I’m in the 200’s myself . I ordered the xx large . Remember it brings and extra little piece that allows you to extend your corset a little . I’d get the Xx or the 3 X keep in mind it has an extender that you can add to the xx . I loved that this waist trainer comes with an extender.
