I have recently ordered this product and I'm just in owe of it. The deign is perfect, classy. It has inbuilt timer of 2 minutes which is perfect time for brushing ones teeth. I'm using it on medium vibrations, since I'm new to it, though it also has fast vibration mode. I really really liked this product and it is worth buying for a world class brushing experience.

Not even once you can suggest that it could be used once; this is just a gimmick in the name of an electric brush.

Was promised four brush heads in the description, recieved only two with package. False advertised in the description. The body feels cheap as material isn't premium enough. Feels plastic like, would be sufficient to say that product is plastic. Brush isn't soft. I rather use a manual brush from sensodyne.

I have the 001 and the 002 model and I have to say, the new 002 model is seems to have deteriorated in quality. I like the two minute timer and the low noise factor, but the battery comoattt is horrible...my brush stopped working after about one year ( my oral-b lasted for many years just with regular brush head replacements). There's rust around the battery compartment....even though I've kept it closed as much as possible. The 002 model I have is no longer usable so I'm now back to using the 001 model
