What is the length when it is closed?

I can google it for you. Overall Length: 7.25" Blade Length: 3.00" Blade Thickness: 0.11" Handle Length: 4.25"

Mine is very easy to open one-handed. Not stiff at all.

It's a liner lock, so you just push the lock to the left and close the blade. Can be done with one hand.

Can the pocket clip be removed without disassembling the knife?

No, it looks to be pretty solidly installed
