good quality valve a bit pricey
very beefy working well no leaks and easy to control. threads were good for sand cast products

Nice valve, good price
Seems like a really well built valve for the price. I bought one to replace a nearly identical valve that feeds our pool filling line. The only difference is that the old valve had a union built-in on the output side. Not sure how long the existing valve had been there, but probably at least 20 or 30 years. The anti-siphon valve died on the existing valve, so water just spewed out of the anti-siphon cap and I couldn't get it to unscrew to see if the valve was repairable. Anyway, this thing feels very solidly built and seems to work like you'd expect. My only complaint would be that the handle is somewhat hard to turn by hand, as it is designed to be turned by one of those sprinkler control keys .

Cannot be installed upstream of valves!
cannot be installed upstream of manifold/valves. This is very important info that is left out of item description. it comes with a tag that says cannot be under pressure for more than 12 hours. too late to return, so i wasted money on this and the 5 inline valves i bought. would have been better off just buying plastic anti siphon valves
