My daily scoop blends easily into one-half can of a V-8 Energy Pomegranate Blueberry Juice for a yummy way to keep my system happy. (I use a plastic cup with a id & drinking spout that has a wire spiral inside to effectively blend the dry ingredients with the juice when I shake it for a few seconds.) I also believe it may help with the gradual weight loss I have experienced without other efforts over the past few years. Great product and this vendor has a competitive price too!

I had been using Yerba Prima daily fiber for several years before I lost my job. I cut out taking this when I cut back all my expenses while locating a new job. So grateful to be back working so I could resume using it! I don’t need it to have a bm, but it’s helpful. Also, if I drink a serving before a meal, it’s easier to stay within my chosen eating habits, rather than overeating. I can’t taste any flavor, and it mixes well with water. I do notice that if I don’t drink it immediately, it makes the water thick. The few times I’ve let that happen, it was easy to fix by adding more water and stirring a bit. Yerba Prima daily fiber is a natural fiber product. It has no sweeteners, no fillers and no flavoring at all. I like this because I’m picky and rarely like the flavor of flavored fiber products.

Yerba is easy to take. I blend with 6 oz oj and 4 oz water and shake it up. Have been taking for 20 years. I take a heaping tablespoon every other day. Start with less and learn what works for you. A few years later and my dose is now a heaping Tbsp daily with 8 oz prune juice. Still works well most of the time but if you have trouble staying hydrated it won't work as well.

I highly recommend Yerba Prima Daily Fiber Formula, which we have been using as a supplement for many years. Unfortunately, we tried to buy a package of three bottles from Pantry Provisions, and Amazon delivered the WRONG PRODUCT: Yerba Prima Fiber Plus Senna Powder. We called to complain, Amazon refunded the purchase and told us to try again. We purchased it the next day from the same supplier and again they sent the same WRONG product! The product is great, but don't try to buy it from Pantry Provisions!

This was recommended for a Crohns colitis patient as it is easier on the colon than plain psyllium. Our last order seemed slightly different though. It isn’t dissolving in water as easily and stays clumped. Is there a quality control issue?

I have been taking this fiber formula pretty regularly to assist with bowel movement and sometimes the content and effect on my body seems to vary greatly. I have not experienced any side effects which was a major relief. I also like how there is only a mild flavor that can be completely masked over with a beverage. One issue I did have with these is that I that I have found it quite hard to thoroughly mix in most liquids and it can congeal or get lumpy, making it extremely difficult to swallow and adds unwanted texture to the drink. Overall, I'm still not sure of the real benefits of it on its own or if it has any long lasting positive effects. I recently have been taking this in conjuction with foods that are rich in fiber and that seems to be the most effective for my gut health.
