I have been using Muscle Milk Genuine Protein Powder since 2018, and it has consistently earned a solid 5 stars from me. The product mixes well, supports my fitness goals, and provides the protein I need. I highly recommend the vanilla flavor—it’s smooth, tasty, and versatile. I’ve tried some of the other flavors, but I’m not a fan of them, so vanilla is the only one I recommend. If you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable protein powder, this is a great choice!

Muscle milk always hits the spot. The banana flavor is by far my favorite. Toss in the nutribullet with some fresh fruit and peanut butter and that’s my breakfast most days. Hits the spot every time. Also stays waayyy smoother than other ones I’ve had. I’m always able to get a full 20 oz down before walking out the door. So good.

Would you guys ditch the sucralose please? It's bad for your gut, but Muscle Milk is delicious otherwise. How about a Monk fruit version I'd pay more. Take this with Aminolase enzymes and you actually flush from all the nitric acid hitting your bloodstream. Yes this product is excellent except for the gross sweateners you use. Sucralose is bad for you. No Stevia either just Monk fruit, more expensive, but worth it. Nobody has a great protein powder with Monk Fruit. I'm telling you that would be a much pricier, but substantial improvement. Or make a separate line of Muscle Milk with Aminolase in it. That would be awesome 👍🏼.

I’m on a high protein diet so I need a variety of flavors. This hits the mark for me. The flavor is great, it mixes well with milk (I use Fairlife for extra protein) and it makes a great breakfast meal. I recommend using milk and not water. I have used both a blender and a shaker bottle with a round whisk inside. Both methods work well as I didn’t experience any clumping of the product. I am eager to try the other flavors but I think the banana crème is going to be my favorite. I didn’t experience any grittiness or chalky taste or texture. You could probably get creative with this and add it to a bowl of oatmeal. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants or needs to get in a large amount of protein on a daily basis. It’s also EBT eligible so that was a plus for me.

I love this flavor, I know it's a personal taste, but I find it genuinely delicious! Originally bought this during a sale and tried other flavors afterward, such as chocolate, but I keep coming back to this one. I usually half the recommended serving for post-workout recovery, and it mixes well without clumping using a banana, sometimes PB, ice cubes, and water. Best part? It doesn't upset my stomach like some protein powders do. The taste is smooth and not overly artificial. If you're trying Muscle Milk for the first time, I'd say that this banana flavor is the one to get!

Muscle milk never fails. One of my favorite flavors. Just hate that I have to shovel through half the container to find the dang scoop. Lol

I used muscle milk for 10-years while stationed in Afghanistan. Now the doctors have me taking it because during my old age because I am losing too much muscle mass and not enough protein intake. I use it in an electric blender, with a banana or strawberries, some milk (I should use soy or other type of non-dairy product), so there is no clumping, and makes a great breakfast replacement meal for me. It would be nice if the price was less, but it might mean less quality; therefore, this is a good value when compared other premade protein drinks.
