These are my regular gym shirt; they are perfect for that. Light and thin enough not to get heavy with sweat, perfect size and fit for showing off a few muscles without being restricted, and the quality so far is absolutely fine. The darker colours are better for weights day because some of the cables rub oil/grease onto them, which shows up more on the lighter colours. That's not the fault of the shirt of course, just a comment to be aware of if you are choosing a colour. The lighter ones get used for cardio day. They aren't just for the gym though. The cut is stylish enough for general wear; in fact I'm probably wearing these more than any other shirts since I bought them. Great value!

A nice comfy shirt that hugs where it should to make you look your best, perfectly suitable for business or casual wear

I read in a review that these were a little larger but not my experience a large is a large and medium is a medium. They are comfortable hugging but not tight. They are muscle cut so to show off the body. Can be a bit see through if too tight but if one is buying a muscle shirt that's kinda the point 😁.Great shirt and now bought more of different colours.
