Good for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Good wood. All fits as expected and functions well, except the wheels, but they are not necessary.

Fine for the price.
Serviceable for the price, but it would be too narrow for many people. Not easy to assemble and it doesn’t really roll as expected. Might only last a year, but does fit our needs.

Mis-drilled pieces = poor quality control But they did eventually fix it. !
Like other reviews have mentioned, the bolts are too short for multiple attachment points. The unit I recieved had a leg that was drilled wrong, rendering this chair extremely unstable. It's quite narrow for a lounge chair, but that was my mistake in not paying closer attention. That being said, I'm 50/50 on keeping it. Im 5ft tall 115lbs and I like that this chair is my size. Update: kept the chair and customer service sent me the correctly drilled leg (after sending an entire set of bolts that I did not request) Looking forward to sunbathing next year!

Cheap Lounge
This lounge chair is cheap cheap cheap. After assembling it which was the only good thing about it because it was easy to assemble it was still not sturdy the worst of it is after assembling it they're cheap paint they used by whatever it is comes off onto your skin it's not even a good stain and half of it is still not even covered. The panel is a screwed in Wood was chipping away by the screw entry. Look for a better quality made Lounge

Cheap/can’t return unless you want to get $0 refund
Honestly kind of cheap and the wheels don’t move. If you’re over 5”8 your head won’t be on the headrest part even with cushions. A huge disadvantage is you have to pay for shipping if you want to send them back so it’s roughly $70 EACH. Super disappointed and now I have to keep these low quality chairs.

Amazing customer service!
These chairs are a beautiful addition to our new pool deck! There was a little hiccup with our order, however customer service took care of our issue no problem! My mother-in-law loves them as well, she will be ordering a few for her deck!
