I’m a big tea person, however, I was nervous about the taste due to other reviews. Personally, I enjoyed the flavor it’s not a very strong tea, the flavor is kind of weak, so I would brew two tea bags at once to try to enhance the flavor then mix it with a little honey or maple syrup and it became one of my favorite teas. As far as lactation help I will give this tea all the credit because I went from barley pumping 0.5 ounces from both sides to pumping 4 ounces each side, but beware this tea does make your armpits stink a little extra because of the fenugreek.

A gentle herbal tea with a pleasant, soothing taste. Easy to drink, calming, and great for supporting milk supply naturally. No harsh aftertaste and feels very comforting — a lovely support for breastfeeding moms

I absolutely love the little words of empathy and encouragement that are printed on the teabag holder tags. It’s a shame that they decided to reinvent the wheel for teabag strings to a terrible design and now the tags just end up sliding into the mug instead of securely hanging outside. In addition, the little notes seem to be picked from a random bucket as a lot of them are for pregnant women (when this tea is specifically not recommended for use during pregnancy). For the actual tea: This tea has a weird smell, not much of a taste, but it seems to help a bit with lactation. I accidentally forgot an empty cup in the newborn haze and in just a few hours, the room started smelling of dog pee, which of course wasn’t because of my dog, but this tea! TLDR: Comforting hot piss, buy for the mom notes with some forgiveness for terrible design and QA.

Recomendado!! Tuve una complicación en mi cesárea por lo cual estaba tomando medicamentos que me frenan la producción de leche. Había probado ya el polvo de levadura de cerveza; pero nada funcionó… apenas es mi 2do dia y ya casi logro la onza, cuando no lograba más de 5 ml. Mamitas q logren leerme, agregué mi experiencia con la realidad para q si ustedes no cumplen con las expectativas que ven por ahí de mamis q sí logran muchas onzas, no se rindan y celebren su proceso con agradecimiento 💙💙🙏🏼muchas bendiciones!!

I drink this everyday. I put my liquid vitamins in it. The taste is good. I always uses organic honey if I dont have fresh. Helps to sweeten the tea. My milk has been great. My baby is growing and doing well.

Este té lo probé buscando una opción natural para acompañar la etapa de lactancia. Tiene un sabor herbal agradable con notas ligeramente dulces. Es fácil de preparar y se siente como una bebida reconfortante durante el día. Sus Ingredientes son herbales tradicionales, tiene un sabor suave y es fácil de preparar. Me dio confianza porque es una marca conocida en productos para maternidad Puede que el sabor herbal no sea para todos y es más caro que el té convencional Una buena opción de té herbal para quienes buscan bebidas naturales durante la lactancia.

Okay product. not super impressive. The teabags' individual paper packaging definitely needs improvement. The paper wrapping is too "fit" to the teabags that when you tear it off, it's super easy to also make the internal teabags torn open and broken....

Not sure if this really helps with milk production, but it's herbal and I'm sure it's beneficial

Ya se que dicen que solo con extracción se aumenta pero genuinamente mi suministro incremento con este té. No al 100 pero audience para lo que necesitaba
