This is fraudulent. Not Xylometazolone.
This is criminal. It is fraudulent. The seller claims to sell nasal spray containing Xylometazoline when his product contains Oxymetazoline. He sells a medicine and lies about what it contains. This should be reported to the authorities.

Not Xylometazoline!
This is the nasty oxymetazoline. It has a bad rebound and has to be used repeatedly until you ruin your sinuses so bad you have to seek out medical help! Which is probably the reason that’s all you can find on the shelves.This is the second time this has happened!You can get Sudafed with Xylometazoline!
