There are millions everywhere now, just pick them but you need a tool to get the important root out
I chop them up smaller and then use a coffee press caffitaire. Boiling water, let steep then press down the plunger and pour out the result, add leamon juice if needed. I found that the dandelion plant it'self is all edible except the flowering white seed head. There is a plague of them in the UK now. Easy to dig out with a proper dandelion garden removal tool that lifts the whole plant with it's tap root out. The Mimea cut root bag is a good deal although they are dried and not "fresh".. I dont know if that makes a difference or not or if leamon juice affects the result.. but I'm still alive..
