Arrived day after placing order. Working great for me, and I've dislocated both shoulders a grand total of 27 times. Lets me get on with sport and everyday activities. Discreet to wear as well. 'Walk tall, walk straight and look the world right in the eye' as Val Doonican sings.

Great quality, works as described, it will however not magicaly correct your posture, you have to be persistant. When I first started wearing it I had huge muscle sore and pain.

Such uncomfortable product and not at all helpful. According to price I thought will be good but sad all lies. Couldn't even return. Tired calling customer care.

Bought it because it was on special would not buy it at regular price it is comfortable when you are not doing anything like walking or sitting. Not comfortable for work or daily chores.

About me: I am a 5'2", 125 lbs female. Due to increased inactivity (decreased muscle strength), nonstop studying/writing, resulting in hunching, I've developed upper back pains (between the shoulder blades), back & neck stiffness, tension migraines, and countless knots in my muscles. My whole life I've had poor posture, but now that I'm 27, I'm finally feeling how is affecting my body. About the product: I got a medium size. The brace is very effective, the price is very affordable (half of my physical therapist copay), and from a few hours of wearing it, I'm already feeling better. As many have noted, it's uncomfortable. Well guys, NEWSFLASH: it's meant to be! Because of my own negligence of my posture, aka being "comfortable" hunching for years, now I'm even more uncomfortable! Don't blame the product for your self-inflicted consequences! The elastic device acts mostly as a friendly reminder to keep my shoulders back, having the rest of my body "follow the lead", and it also gently applies pressure on my shoulders slightly pulling them back to initiate that reminder. It' not made for aggressive reshaping, but instead, it's designed to reverse a poor habit. I wore it on bare skin the first day, and it was uncomfortable against my armpits, feeling like I wore a brand new bra for the first day. The next day I wore it over a thin t-shirt, keeping the shoulder straps placed farther apart over the tips of my solders, and it's a lot more comfortable. If you think about it, having loser shoulder straps for comfort reasons would defeat the whole purpose of wearing this brace in the first place!
