Q: Will the claw tool fit into a vacuum hose? To unblock a clog, say?

Absolutely, that was the reason I purchased this tool. Family accidentally vacuumed a very thick snow sock and I couldn't push it out. The claw worked well to remove the blockage.

Q: What can I use this tool for?

You can use the grabber tool to rescue nuts, bolts, screws or jewelry from hard to reach places like the back of the car or under the fridge. It’s even thin enough to fit down the drain. Should you have more questions, reach out to us directly.

Q: Will this help find a lost ring somewhere in my yard?

Only if the ring is made of iron or steel.

Q: Was excited to clean my shower drain of hair but the tool is stuck in there. Has this happened to anyone and how did you get it out? Thanks.

Please try the following suggestions in attempting to remove your claw grabber: 1. Make sure that the claw is closed and try pulling it out. If the claw is open, it would indeed make it difficult to remove the tool, especially if it got stuck in the pipe bend. 2. Try and pour a lubricant solution (e.g. WD-40) onto the claw grabber to see if it will help slide the tool out easily. 3. If possible, help loosen the grip of the claw grabber by pumping a plunger into the drain opening. Just make sure the plunger covers the drain fully to ensure a good suction. 4. Grab a coat hanger and straighten it out, then create a small hook at the end. Gently insert it into the drain to try and lift the tool and pull it out. If the claw grabber can not be removed by following the recommendations above, please contact a professional plumber. They should be able to assist you in removing the tool.
