Pasta is great. Shipper was terrible
This is the best pasta in my opinion. My issue was that I ordered a pack of 12 and received only 5 the first time. Made a claim and durn if they didn't send me 5 again instead of my 12 . I gave up and got a credit. Amazon was very good about fixing the issue.

Probably the best readily available dry pasta in the US
I used to live near Fara San Martino, besides De Cecco there are several other artisan pasta makers located there, due to historical reasons and the good water and climate for drying the pasta; the only one available in the US that I am aware of that is considered superior to De Cecco by most Italians is Cav. G. Cocco; it is imported to the US but is very difficult to find and the difference is small (but noticeable, not only in taste but in how it carries the sauce); so, as a practical matter, you're left with De Cecco for high quality dry pasta. If you think you can't tell the difference in pastas, cook some "normal" pasta and some De Cecco at the same time and taste each without sauce (rigatoni is perfect for this), I've never met anyone who can't immediately taste the difference.

Homemade favor and taste
I love all the pasta made by you his brand but this one has a texture that is really wonderful. I use to make my own homemade pasta but this is even better. It is worth every penny to get something so tasty. Will buy always and again. Highly recommend. This pasta. You will love it

Good pasta
I used to be a Barilla pasta fan, but it was not available so I ordered de Cecco pasta instead and I'm never going back to Barilla pasta ... very good and cooks up al'dente beautifully...

was this in error
We know this is a good product. We ordered it because we had it at a friends house in New Jersey so we ordered 2 boxes. however can you imagine our shock that we were charged 12.50 a box. is this an error and how can we get it for the proper price of $3.48 a box?

Terrible shipping Packing
The pasta is amazing. The shipping package was terrible though. The pasta was sent in a structureless bag, so of course, most of the pasta boxes were smashed up with broken pasta in them. This should go without being said, but this needs to be sent in a cardboard board to maintain integrity of the product.
