Fabulous quality product

Got this for the ole lady and and soon as I opened it right away it had a good quality feel and weight to it, the shell handle looks amazing, opens very smoothly and fast and it’s the perfect size, might buy one for myself

Like the design...
The albone shell encased in acrylic or resin is nice. The Damascus shell looks nice with a sharp vg10 core. It's fairly smooth for opening and it has great retention and no rock. The real rating for me would be a 4.8 because the scales aren't shaven evenly but in a way along with the different albone shell patterns and slightly unequal correction in the acrylic that encases it, it has been in someone's hands to look over and correct before placing in a box- giving you and handmade uniqness about it. The one I received is very well put together overall so take it with grain of salt.

Hard to open
I bought this knife for my girlfriend and the levered ‘assist’ is actually very difficult to open. The ball bearing inside the frame goes into a little indentation on the blade that is too deep and square edged, making the one handed open very difficult. Sort of defeats the purpose of the assist.

Gorgeous and VERY sharp!
I just got this delivered yesterday and this thing is beautiful. The blade is extremely sharp as well and everything is very good quality. I haven’t had the knife long enough to know how it will hold up over time but I’m confident it will hold up well over the years. It’s smooth and easy to open and close and fits well in the hand. Overall, it’s a pretty killer deal (no pun intended).
