This is a great heating pad! First off it’s huge! It has a nice long cord and I love the ability to change temperature up or down without having to cycle through all the levels like some items. Also has a timer and is soft and comfy.

Just bought a second one for our second home. I absolutely love it. Pad heats up quickly. It is very thin: comfortable to sleep on and flexible enough to roll under your neck or wrap around your shoulders. It is long: I am 5' 5" and it reaches from my neck to hip joints. Husband likes to sleep in a very cool room and I am often on the verge of shivering when I climb into bed. I turn it to a low setting on half an hour duration before I brush my teeth. When I get into bed it is warm and cozy and lulls me right to sleep. Duration can be set from 30 min to 3 hours. If forced to say something bad, it would be that the controls were a bit confusing to me at first...husband had no problem.

This heating pad is large, soft, and heats up quickly—perfect for back, shoulder, or neck pain. I like that it has 6 heat levels and a 6-timer setting, which makes it easy to customize. It’s also portable, so I can use it on the couch or in bed. I'd like to add it is not plastic with a cover, is it entirely made of soft comfortable fabric. It can be washed but I haven't tried ro wash it yet. The only downside is that the highest setting can get a bit too hot, and the controller buttons feel a little flimsy. Still, it’s effective and comfortable, so overall I’m happy with it. I did purchase it while on sale the sale price was a great value.

These are nice and long, and reach easily from my knees to my feet. My feet are often cold because I go barefoot in winter, and keep the house temperature at night down. So when I need some heat to get to sleep, this is goes at the foot of my bed. The power cord is nice and long so that it reaches easily from the wall to the end of the bed, and the controls are also in easy reach. When I was little and sleeping on the porch in winter (enclosed, but not heated) I had a heating pad that was HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, or OFF. Sometimes I'd wake up and my feet would be hot because I'd started it on HIGH and then fallen asleep. This lets you set the time-to-off in half hour increments from 0.5 to 3.0, so I never find that I've become uncomfortable. I don't know all the temperature settings, though the LOW is 100F, and the next one up is 110F (which I rarely use). So I've always been comfortable. When I slipped on this winter's ice storm (Fern) debris - a 1" layer of ice over 3" of snow - and landed flat on my back (so much OUCH!), this heating pad covered my whole back, and made those aching muscles feel so much better! It's been a month, and my back still aches, but the heating pad helps. So, whether you're cold or achy, this long heating pad may be just the blessing you want.

Best thing to fall asleep on. Wish I had gotten it sooner! I have terrible leg & foot cramps that heat helps ease. I have this in my bed in the area where my calves & feet lay. I keep it at 100° & turn it on like 3 mins before I get in. The temp is amazing & the options for different ones, you can feel the changes. The auto shutoff works great so no need to worry about it - I've used all the settings, half hour & 1-3 hours, all finding very well. I set it at 100° for 3 hours, fall asleep & have no cramps all night. It hardly weighs anything & it's very comfy on the skin. I keep the control next to me. So I can turn it on again as needed. The only thing if I could make a change is I would have a longer distance between the controller and the actual pad. So that you can put the pad at the foot of the bed and have the controller a little further outside the bed. But that doesn't take away from this is a really great heating pad!!

We just purchased two of these heating pads from Amazon, so both are brand-new. We like the pads so far, but noticed something unusual and would appreciate an explanation from the manufacturer. {I will gladly change my review from 1* to 5*, when we receive an explanation about what could potentially (but not necessarily) be a safety concern} My wife and I each use a separate pad, identical in all ways. When both pads are plugged in and turned on, if we touch each other—for example, hand to hand—we can feel a mild electrical tingling/buzzing sensation. If either heating pad is unplugged, the sensation disappears completely. We tested each pad individually and do not notice any tingling when only one is powered. I understand that a small amount of AC capacitive coupling/leakage current can occur with electric heating products, so I'm not necessarily reporting this as a defect. I also noticed that the pads carry an Intertek/ETL certification (5023264) and state that they conform to UL 130 and CSA C22.2 No. 15, which is reassuring. Could the manufacturer please comment on whether this sensation when two separately powered pads are being used at the same time is expected with this design? In particular, is it caused by normal capacitive coupling from the AC heating elements, and is the resulting leakage/touch current within the limits specified by the applicable safety standards? We would appreciate any technical information or guidance. We are asking primarily to understand what we are experiencing and to confirm that it is normal and safe.

Well, I just received this heating pad late yesterday afternoon and used it last night. The product was packaged well, and the control is easy to use with good options on heat setting (in degrees F) and choices in length the pad will be on before shutting off. Soooo, based on that one night's use I rate the pad highly. The fabric especially has a good fell. This is a 17 inch wide one. My old heating pad is12 inches wide and I was constantly moving it around on my back as I sit in my recliner. This wider one is just perfect since I can place it on the back of my recliner, sit down and the pad covers my whole back so there is no shifting around needed. Overall, a good heating pad and large enough to fit my need for heat on my back while I read or watch TV. It has good levels of heat which you can choose from and different times in operation which you can also choose.
