Faulty Design and Return Problem
The spring inside that holds the card is very thin, doesn't give a pressure on the cards to hold it in place. Problem on the return as well. The return address they gave me is in USA and I'm outside of USA so i have to pay for the shipment fee and process everything, all because its not sold by amazon. The thing is not everyone is aware of their return policies.

I work in the ambulance service and this card holder is perfect for the many cards I have, small and compact. Very sturdy so the cards don’t fall out. I’ve dropped it a couple of times and it’s not broke so durability is good!!

I wanted to use this for a couple of weeks to see how I liked it. I absolutely love it!! I've used those plastic container ones (you know the ones I'm talking about) for years, and have probably gone through over a dozen of them. Either they break at the hinge or they break at the latch. I liked them because you could hold multiple badges (I currently have 4 I use regularly) and a few business cards, in case you needed them. Unfortunately, they just weren't reliable and broke at the most inopportune times. This badge holder is amazing! I currently have all 4 badges securely held, and have a couple of business cards in the clip. It is slightly heavier than the plastic ones, but that's because this one is made of metal. It feels very solid. Getting badges in and out is not difficult. All in all, I'm super satisfied and expect this one to last me until retirement!
