Love this stuff
Absolutely loveeee this stuff. It helps me fall back asleep quickly bc being pregnant and then being up with a newborn in the night and having to go back to sleep quickly is a must 😂 helps me feel rested as well.

Great brand and it works!

Sleep and digestion aid
Great for the insomniac. These magnesium pills work by making me relaxed to fall asleep. An added benefit is they keep you more regular in daily bathroom visits. No upset stomach Take just before bedtime.

Good product howver the pills (not capsules) are a bit large making them harder to swallow.
