Bush's Best Black Bean Soup A black bean soup recipe with a little salsa and chili powder to spice things up. Try topping with shredded cheese and sour cream to cool things back down. Ingredients: 2 cans (15 oz) Bush's Black Beans, undrained 1 can (16 oz) chicken broth 1/2 cup salsa 1 Tbsp chili powder Shredded cheese (optional) Sour cream (optional) Chopped onion (optional) Cilantro (optional) Directions: Mash one can of beans with potato masher or food processor. Pour both cans of beans into medium saucepan. Add chicken broth, salsa, and chili powder. Bring to a boil. If desired top with shredded cheese, sour cream, onion, and cilantro!
