Mild on stomach and great for GI issues.
I have been talking these for years and it is by far the best intervention for constipation. Citrate is one of the milder forms of magnesium and I do take additional zinc supplements too to help with absorption. A must for me!

Didn't do it for me
I'm not blaming the product, as I buy from this company frequently and the other product I buy helps. This is probably a me thing. I was surprised how dusty the capsules were though.
