I was honestly blown away by this wagyu. From the moment it arrived, it was clear it was packed with care and arrived perfectly chilled. The marbling was beautiful – exactly what you’d hope for with high-grade wagyu. I cooked it simply with just a bit of salt to let the natural flavor shine, and it was absolutely phenomenal. Each bite melted in my mouth like butter, with a rich, deep beef flavor that you just don’t get from regular cuts. Highly recommend this to anyone who truly appreciates quality beef. It’s a bit of an indulgence, but worth every penny for a special dinner. Will definitely be ordering again!

Cut way to thin maybe use for breakfast steak

Purchased these as a gift for our parents and they loved them. They couldn't stop raving about how delicious they tasted. The items arrived quickly and well packaged, as they should be for that cost. Would recommend it to others and even get some for ourselves next time.

I ordered the 16 Oz. It came VERY well packed in a foam box with plenty of ice packs, meat was well frozen when I got it. Excellent quality, but it's a thin steak. Treat it gently. Just a little salt, a VERY hot cast iron pan and about 90 seconds per side. Make sure to let the meat warm to room temp before cooking and rest before serving. Flavor was everything you expect from A5, as was the marble. Fried my eggs the next morning in the left over rendered oil....that was a treat. 10/10, recommend. You won't find this quality cheaper.

Wafer thin. The good news it Crisps up very flavorful as you would bacon.
