I took my car to Firestone for new tires. Months later I'm on a road trip and the cars bumping around like the alignment is completely screwed. Turns out their tech must've knocked it off and "DUCT TAPED IT TO THE WHEEL" which failed because wheels heat up. And they never said a word to me. I took it back. The manager was visibly upset. (Not at me) and had his guys fix it no charge of course. Item works great.
