Wow! I'm over joyed that one of my favourite films is FINALLY represented properly! The 4K UHD version is impeccable. I blasted it on 5.1 surround sound and nearly cried at how crisp and gorgeous the transfer is. It's says on the back notes 4K digital restoration! I'm not sure about this, but it looks superb!
An excellent David Lynch movie! Part of the description says, A mesmerising meditation on the mysterious nature of identity! It's perplexing in a good way! LOST HIGHWAY "this Blu Ray" has a 4K restoration, a new 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack! And extras, with interviews with Dir: David Lynch, actors Patricia Arquette, Bill Pullman & Robert Loggia! Beautifully Shot! With an excellent sound track, which I'll photo of! A note of trivia is Bill & Patricia's house is actually one of David Lynch's, in his compound residence!

Pure Lost Highway
Lost Highway (The Criterion Collection) is for David Lynch fans and anyone curious about his darker, more abstract work. Not for viewers looking for clarity or comfort. Pros • The 4K scan does the film justice, with noticeably cleaner blacks and stronger contrast than older releases. • Grain and texture feel intact rather than scrubbed, which suits the mood and era of the film. • Sound and image together finally give the film some breathing room at home. Cons • The film itself is still opaque and unsettling, which can be a turnoff if you’re new to Lynch. Verdict This is the best I’ve seen the film look and feel. As a longtime Lynch fan, this release absolutely delivers.
