Really helped with movement
I noticed a difference in my joints and muscles. I've been doing weights using small dumbbells and developed pain from over doing the reps. Not magnesium
Highly doubt this is magnesium, and if it is then it’s not at the dose it says. Magnesium citrate at this dose should have noticeable effects. Also, the tablets smell disgusting.
