These work great! I took them on our vacation to use for the kids while we adjusted to the time change. The kids fell asleep much faster with these. We only used them once because even though they are a natural source of a hormone it is still a crutch that could cause reliability if used too frequently.

The chewable format is convenient, no need to worry about swallowing pills.The only problem is my kid absolutly hates the taste. I tried one myself, and it’s not the worst, but I can see why they don’t love it. If they made a better flavor, it’d be perfect. Still, for the price and effectiveness, it’s worth keeping on hand and worth a rebuy.

Works wonderfully! Within 30 mins my son is fast asleep 😴 and he stays asleep for 8-10 hours! Great product! Put my son back on a regular schedule within a few days! Highly recommend!
