I’ve been using this mouthwash for over two years after my dentist recommended it. This is a great way to maintain your gum health and prevent plaque buildup. This is a great mouthwash and gum protector. No alcohol, and no added color. Also - not stingy at all, and not an overpowering minty flavor. So happy that Amazon carries this, it is a great product, especially if you have sensitive teeth, mouth issues and find the big name brand mouthwashes too strong. I switched to the clear from the blue Parodontax because it does chunk up a bit when you're swishing it around your mouth and I prefer clear chunks to blue. Aside from that, it has a pleasant taste, doesn't burn and really seems to work. I gave a bottle to a friend of mine when she came to visit and now it's her favorite mouthwash too!
