I'm hooked on Castor oil packs now because after having a huge lump for almost a yr. 1 night of castor oil & a heat pack took the lump almost completely down! So if ur debating on trying it, don't wait anymore! Everything they are saying is true! This pack itself is pretty decent. It looks just like the pictures. It feels really nice & the straps r nice & long to fit all sizes. it's easy to button & has a pouch to add a hot or cold pack. I use my heating pad over top tho. I wish this came with extra pads for spot treating area & to keep from putting the oil directly on the pack itself. That would make it a 5 star pack for sure. I still would recommend this. Especially for the price. **EDIT** my face has been so puffy for the last yr. I had so much puffiness under my chin. I've been doing everything. Lymphatic drainage massages constantly. Everything only showed small results & wouldn't last. I used the neck wrap overnight, so the castor oil could soak into my glands on the front sides of my neck & ALL of the swelling & puffiness is GONE! 1 night & my face is back!! I'm 41 & this yr has been the hardest on my body. I can't believe I'm just now finding out about castor oil packs, but I'm so happy I did!!

I used this castor oil wrap last night and slept in both of them. It was very comfortable and stayed in place and I’m a toss and turn sleeper. The straps on the abdominal wrap was very simple and there’s a-lot of holes to place the buttons in, so I believe many shapes can wear this comfortably.

So, I didnt use this until after the return period.... one of the buttons broke after the first use. The material itself seems high quality. I didnt know that it was secured or fitted around your body by holes in the elastic straps with buttons sewn on the material. I personally don't like this but had a very hard time finding something for a small or petite person. Since the button is broken, I ordered elastic bandages to wrap around it and my torso. I think this will be better. Everything is a learning process.

We purchased a second set. These hold the castor oil well and aren’t messy. My daughter and I both use them. The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear to sleep in. The straps are extremely soft too! Especially love the zipper pocket- I know this won’t be useful for everyone but my daughter has an insulin pump and it fits easily inside.

This will not stay in place. The straps are so thin and not wide enough. They slip up and down against the skin. If you were replacing it over clothing, it would probably stay in place but obviously you’re trying to put oil to your skin. It needs to have wider straps and potentially a grippy silicone or something on the back of the straps to hold them in place.
