I purchased the MP3 player as a Christmas present for my wife. She owned a number of MP3 players before but there was always an issue with the battery life. My wife has to listen to music all through the night (9pm to 7am) to be able to sleep. Her previous players all ran out of charge before the morning, however the Innioasis MP3 player lasts all night and has 45-50% charge remaining after constant use for 10 hours. The sound quality is excellent and the large screen and android logos make navigating your music, artists, albums and tracks a breeze. Bluetooth connection is quick and easy. The additional extras such as Facebook, Twitter, kindle E-book reader, Video player and a host of others make this an essential purchase and one to recommend.

Absolutely love this device. Really nice build quality, good screen, good battery life. Does exactly as described. Installed software: Chrome, Pandora, Spotify, Spotify Kids, Apple Music, Amazon Music, TIDAL, Deezer, Audible, Kindle, Facebook, local music player, local video player, local Ebook reader, Twitter, FM Radio (uses headphones as aerial), Voice recorder, Clock app, Calendar app, calculator app, file manager, send-anywhere Runs a locked down Android operating system, no way to install additional apps but can "install" web apps through Chrome. Can move apps around on the homescreen and make folders, change wallpaper etc. Battery life is amazing. Software optimised to improve this such as disabling wifi after some idle time when not in use. Only real negative is the speaker is not great considering it's a music playing device, but headphones work fine.

09/92/23 UPDATE: replacement item has functioned well and Zoe at customer services has endeavoured to ensure that new product is satisfactory. I’ve added stars now that we have received a new fully functional item and had exemplary customer service. To review the item itself, very easy to manage and work and my 7yo loves having the freedom to listen to Spotify Kids and all her favourite songs. We’ve easy deleted apps to ensure that they can only use Spotify Kids and nothing else. Would recommend after our initial disaster! 30/12/22 UPDATE: original item sent back and item refunded immediately. Have bought a second device in the hope it functions correctly. I’ve had some very honest and open discussions with the manufacturer and it appears there are a batch of these units with fault’s which they are incredibly sorry about and are more than happy to replace. Zoe, the customer services representative is being very apologetic and helpful. Keeping my fingers crossed the new item works as advertised, but I cannot fault the customer service I’m currently getting to resolve what was otherwise a very disappointing Boxing Day! 26/12/22 ORIGINAL REVIEW: My little girl is devastated as this item has stopped working on the second day of use. Battery fully charged and item will now not start up. Keeps running through load screen, crashes, then attempts to load again with same negative results. Need a replacement and cant contact seller, argh!!! Help please!!!

UPDATE: Whilst this product was great initially, it has now suddenly stopped working! The device will not switch on. When the battery has been on charge for hours, it comes on for a few seconds, shows the 100% battery and then switches off again saying there is no charge. My daughter is really upset as she loved the little player. I cannot find a way of contacting the supplier, as I bought this back in November. So unfortunately my review has plummeted from excellent, to really disappointing :-( ****** This is a great little device for my 9 year old. She absolutely loves it and she has definitely had the use out of it. The battery life is quite good, but does need re-charging quite frequently. However, it doesn't take long to fully re-charge. Overall, a really good little music player. The only down side is that there isnt really a protective case option for it. We ended up buying one which the device slides into, but it is made for small iPhones.

I absolutely love this player! And the value for money is crazy too. Great sound quality, although it doesn't support Hi-Res audio (but it doesn't bother me, it still sounds great), battery life is great, it lasts for about 4 days give or take on WiFi through Spotify and wired headphones, if you use it to listen offline it lasts even much longer! And speaking of Spotify, you have that one plus all the other popular music streaming apps pre-installed (which you can uninstall if you don't use some) so that's fantastic! It comes in a nice, compact and lightweight format, perfect for when you're either on the go, or just at home reading, studying, researching or just plain meditating/relaxing/sleeping. Couldn't recommend this player more! This is an essential for me.

Had it for a while, but the battery died one night and just never turned back on. Screen scratches VERY easily.

This MP3 player is good quality and easy to use. with its touch screen and wi-fi access it is so much more than just a music player. Access to some of your favourite apps along with the ability to surf the net makes it so useful. The build quality is good and there is also the ability to add a SD card which allows you to have all your favourite tunes available when on the go. I would highly recommend this player.

I bought this for my daughter to listen to audiobooks and her music and she loves it. Everything works well and is simple to use. Like a mini tablet, you can browse the web and download apps (and also delete apps if needed). She uses it non stop when not at school and the battery seems to last for several days. It's a good product for parents that don't want their kids to have a mobile phone yet but access to music and with good eyesight it can be used as a kindle too

This compact little MP3/MP4 Music Player was to replace three of my other mp3/4 players. I had avoided impulse purchases on cheaper ones because they didn't have features I wanted. I received an e-mail one morning and this little one was staring me in the face, (pick me, take me home), it had the three most important features I was looking for - fm radio (check), wifi (check) and reading app (check). Reading the info on it, I found it would play Amazon Music, saw it had Kindle reading App and another Ebook reading app. It also had bluetooth capabilities, I didn't realize I was getting tired of being cable tethered to everything with wired earbuds. I had to think this was to good to be true, as it was in my budget range as well. The music player came in quick order, out of the box it was fully charged. The wired earbuds actually aren't that bad, good sound out of them, will need to keep them handy for fm radio, as they are used as an antennae. The 'too good to be true' feeling fell through the floor when the wifi would not find my connection, there goes listening to Amazon Music, reading through Kindle, etc. I did load the player with some books I want to read - using the other reading app, and did put on some of my favorite music artists. I thought no big deal, I still can read and listen to music. Bluetooth option also did not work, again no big deal, was so used to wired earbuds, I'm still in the process of deciding whether bluetooth is that great an invention. After reading reviews on the music player, I decided to try and contact customer service concerning the lacking functions. I was hoping the player just needed an update or something. Customer service answered within twelve hours. They determined that the MP3/4 Music player was defective and promised to send a new one to be received in seven days. Two days later I have the new one in my hand. I didn't have to return the first one. So, to finish the rave - Wifi found and connected to my home internet, Amazon Music app signed into and plays with no problem. Kindle app, can read where I left of from other devices. Bluetooth connected so fast my head was spinning at this point. Connection to the internet lets me watch youtube - videos are very clear, I can check daily news, pretty much everything you can do with computer and phone apps. There is an equalizer for music, you can adjust settings to your tastes, even with preset settings. Randomize songs out of any folder, make playlists, add to favorites, the list goes on. There are so many features of this player, I am sure I will be playing with this MP3/4 player for a long time. And, yes you can read and play music at the same time, both your music or Amazon Music. As for customer service, they are quick to respond and resolve problems quick, it was a pleasure to deal with them, thank you Zoe! I definately would recommend this little player with big features, welcome home Li'l Dude.

Versuch 1 Bei der Inbetriebnahme war der Bildschirm etwas unruhig was sich dann zu einem Flackern entwickelte und eine Bedienung des Geräts war nicht mehr möglich. Eine Rücksendung geht nach England, der Kunde geht in Vorkasse und die Unterlagen für die Rücksendung werden von der DHL nicht akzeptiert . Die kurze Zeit die ich das Gerät benutzen konnte war abgesehen von dem Flackern usw. iO. Die Apps die ich benutzen konnte Audible und verschiedene Musik Apps waren gut. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen mit diesen einem Gerät und dem Aufwand der Rücksendung werde ich mir kein zweites kaufen und würde keine Kaufempfehlung geben. Schade. Versuch 2 nach zwei Kundendienstkontakten und der Klärung der Erstattung der Kosten und der Versandkosten habe ich mich entschlossen doch noch einmal einen Versuch zu starten. Die Rücksendung habe ich online bei der DHL gemacht und bei mir abholen lassen. mein Eindruck nach wenigen Tagen: Das Gerät lasst sich gut mit meinem iMac verbinden, Zugriff auf das Gerät und die SD Karte, die Übertragungsgeschwindigkeit ist nicht wirklich schnell. Bluetooth funktioniert mit meinen beiden Kopfhörern, Die W-LAN Verbindung ist stabil, die Einstellung des Geräts ist einfach, an der Handhabung des Geräts gibt es nichts zu meckern. Audible, Amazon-Musik und Spotify laufen gut, wobei das Laden von Hörbüchern bei Audible etwas schneller sein könnte. Das Gerät ist als Ersatz für meinen alten iPod gedacht einen Touch 6 Gen. mit 128 GB, lag mal bei 300 Euro der G1 kostet 100 Euro plus die Kosten für eine (in meinem Fall eine 400 GB) SD Karte. Die Akkulaufzeit würde ich bei 10 - 12 Stunden schätzen ,wahrscheinlich sind meine Musikdateien zu groß (Flac mit 16-24 Bit) und wahrscheinlich höre ich zu laut Musik. Der Klang ist dem Preis entsprechend nicht wirklich gut aber auch nicht schlecht. Ein 500 Euro High-Res- Player klingt besser. Würde mir das Gerät heute hinfallen und kaputt gehen, ich würde es mir wieder kaufen.

I bought this MP3 player In March 2023. I was looking for something that I could play music with in my sewing room which is in the garage that is 100 feet away from my house. The MP3 player has Spotify on it and a few other app that are what I was looking for. In October I was having some issues with it and then all of a sudden it would turn on but freeze. I contacted Innioasis-CA and they said no problem and replaced it. So they sent me another one. Three week later this second player would not turn on for me. I had it plugged in overnight and I tried several cords and chargers. It would not turn on so again I messaged Innioasis-CA and again they issued another on. So far it has been working fine. Innioasis-CA Has been great customer service. Yes the MP3 player had some issues but Innioasis-CA is working on improving the player. I love this player that I can listen to music from Spotify, Deezer and a couple of music providers. You can search with google, has a recorder, plays video and a few useful apps already installed. It’s perfect for my need.

1. For this price, this is a great music player. 2. My first one died within a couple of months, I contacted the seller and they were AMAZING about sending a replacement one. 3. The speakers are quite tinny at louder volumes and not particularly enjoyable as a parent to hear, however with headphones the sound is great - and even better when the kids take the device to their room haha. 4. Note that Spotify does have videos that play along with podcasts and your child WILL find a way around to use the device to watch videos. This is not device issue, its a Spotify issue. I am currently researching if I can work around this - I'm sure there's a way. 5. All up I'm very happy with the device, it keeps my children happy and gives them freedom to listen to real music without having access to a phone or iPad etc.

Après plus d'un an et demi d'utilisation je suis très satisfait. Le but était de permettre l’accès à mes filles 7 et 9 ans à la musique en streaming sans accès au web et aux appli réseaux sociaux. Il suffit de désinstaller les applis chrome facebook etc... et c'est fait. Le son de l'appareil n'est pas bon mais avec un casque ou une petite enceinte bluetooth cette contrainte est levée. Le service après vente est au top ! J'en ai acheté 2 et j'ai rencontré effectivement sur un appareil à 2 reprises un problème de fiabilité lecteur bloqué qui ne fonctionne plus. a chaque fois le service après vente a été très réactif et m'a remboursé immédiatement et j'ai pu racheter un appareil qui fonctionne parfaitement depuis 18 mois. Je les ai aussi sollicité car ma fille ne pouvait plus accéder à son appareil car elle avait oublié son mot de passe. le SAV a été très réactif et m'a guidé pour résoudre ce problème très efficacement en répondant presque immédiatement à mes messages. Merci ! Ca compense largement les petits pb de fiabilité rencontrés au tout début.
