No kidding, I use this product for my older spayed female dog. She is a mixed breed and was experiencing urinary incontinence. This, along with other natural supplements, has eradicated her issues. Good quality supplement here, I open each capsule up for my use of it and the texture and color and appearance is universally consistent. I will be buying this regularly. The price is the best I have seen for this quantity and quality

I was losing sleep every night to hot flashes. Since starting this, I have had not hot flashes. It took about a week to work, but so far so good. The only con I have is that the dose is 4 capsules and they sort of taste like dirt. I would say worth it for the result.
