I have used these for years and only just recently had to replace mine as it got jammed in the seat and I got out the van and shut the door which cut the cord, new ones are slightly smaller but feel more compact just as strong and excellent value for money I’m an auto locksmith and have again access every day for people who have left their keys in the car must of recommended these hundreds of times

Very good..use it a lot

I use this retractable I.d pass holder for approximately 15 hours a week in my local hospital. It does take a little getting used to because of it’s very strong retractable mechanism, this is no bad thing compared to the one I was issued with it’s like night & day difference in quality & robustness. It’s smart discreet & very well put together, however choose wisely which model to buy, my version the clip on is only ideal if the user is going to wear it clipped on to a waist belt if you can’t wear it clipped to a belt then consider a hook on version but do remember the recoil action will be just as powerful avoid flimsy clothing if you don’t want it to damage your garment or detach from you. I am aware you can also hang keys from the attached key ring holder but in my case I’ve removed the key ring & use it as an I.d pass holder only. The mechanism is smooth & quiet but do beware keep your hand on your I.d pass / keys as you pull it out because this will spring back very strongly especially take care if you clip it close your midriff. I like the materials used I can see & feel this will take a lot of heavy use before it shows signs of ware. The weight is reasonable, I can’t say it’s noticeable or makes a difference when I’m wearing it & definitely not bulky I haven’t snagged it anywhere. Just what I needed in stressful situations, a pass holder made to take the punishment & hold its own.

At first glance, great product, but... After a day of using this for a till key (weighs next to nothing) I noticed the wire. It was already breaking. In all honesty I don't like to write negative reviews but I have no response from the seller. Needless to I found others on Amazon thank goodness. I'd would strongly recommend a price reduction as I feel it's not worth at the time £15.99. I didn't one star this product as it's quite appealing. But be aware the wire is very prone to fraying.

It's wayy bigger than it looks in the photos. The clip only stays in place on thick fabric, tried to clip it to the pocket of my scrub top but it moves around and falls off when I stand up. The spring inside is very strong and therefore not the easiest to pull out to tap your card. Does feel pretty sturdy though (maybe too sturdy.) It's much more police officer than doctor.

They work well, arrived within the delivery estimate, and I would recommend them to others interested in a clip with retractable cord for holding an ID card, keys, and similar items.

They are conviniant and strong and secure I use them everyday.

These badge reels are very sturdy and long lasting. With having to use a proxy badge at work constantly, other reels would only last a very short amount of time. The Mngarista Reel, has great durability and robust design. Will only ever use these badge reels from here on in.
