LG CordZero Vacuum, Matte Black (Renewed)

The LG CordZero Cordless Vacuum is fantastic, and I actually prefer it over Dyson. One standout feature is the easily replaceable battery, which adds incredible practicality. Unlike Dyson, where battery life gradually diminishes with no option but to buy a new vacuum, the LG lets you simply swap out the battery for continued strong performance. It’s powerful on pet hair, hard floors, and carpets, and the lightweight design makes it easy to maneuver. Highly practical and powerful—definitely deserves five stars!

Even though this vacuum is listed as renewed, it looks and operates like it’s brand new. The suction is strong, the run time with the two batteries is excellent, and it handles both carpet and hard floors with ease. One thing worth noting is that it actually comes with both the large and small powered floor attachments, plus the 2-in-1 combo brush tool and the small crevice tool. The description isn’t very clear about what’s included, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the full set. Overall, a solid purchase that performs like new and comes ready for every cleaning job.

Item is not in excellent refurbished condition. It’s a heavily, scratched, stained, smelly, used vacuum and stand that’s been cleaned up. Looks like a few years of heavy use. Batteries provided were over 5 years old. Waste of time. Wouldn’t keep it for free and would trash it if I wasn’t returning for a full refund.

I bought this to use at work cause we have an auditorium with carpet stairs with lots of chairs and I needed something that was cordless. This vacuum is the best thing, it’s lightweight and does an amazing job. It’s easy to use and goes around the chairs with ease making cleaning easy. It came with 2 batteries so I have more cleaning time. It also does great on the vinyl stairs as well. The best product for your money.

With the seemingly thousands of stick vacuum options out there, I got stuck in the endless cycle of trying different ones out only to return them because they didn’t have power or their functionality overall was not user-friendly. Normally, I don’t get items for no other reason other than I just haven’t really, but I decided to go on this just to see. I’m really glad I did. This vacuum has more power like actual suction power than 99% of the other vacuums I tried and these were new vacuums. This is a refurb. I’m really happy with this product and I love the stand and the two batteries. The one thing I don’t like is that the canister itself can be a little difficult to empty debris does not readily fall out of it if it is or slightly damp other than that, this has been a good experience.

We had a stick vacuum that worked great until it didn't. So I opted for this LG stick vacuum to replace it. The LG is considerably heavier and doesn't work as well. The charging station requires the vacuum be stored in a permanent location, In order to charge, I must separate the shaft and the motor,which is not a very big deal. I bought this to clean grass clippings that my two dogs bring in. It seems to work okay on hard floors, not great but okay. It is not made to use on carpet. Pushing it over carpet will wear you out. Luckily we have a Sharp (big) vacuum to do carpets. To sum up. The old cheaper stick vacuum was light weight and so easy to grab and use. It had a feature that was so convenient. If I wanted to stop using it for a while, the floor attachment would lock in place with the upright stick and would stand alone. The LG has to lay down on the floor or find some place to prop it up. It's my mistake to buy the reconditioned model. If it could be returned ,it would be on it's way.

This vacuum is a direct factory refurb. It was pristine and even had the factory plastic masking on all the surfaces. No way to tell this from new. It performs as expected and did a great job around the house. The reason I wanted to leave a review was the excellent customer service I received from the seller. The wrong combo tool was included in the box from LG. It was for a different LG vacuum. I contacted the seller and received a response within minutes. After sending over a few pictures of the incorrect tool, they located the correct one and sent it by USP the same day. They made it right and I couldn't be happier!

So far so good. It looks brand new no sign that it’s ever been used before and everything was carefully packaged.
