Amazing! I’d give the Caramel Coffee 10 stars!
I think this is the best cup of coffee I have ever had! I would buy this forever, as long as the price stays reasonable. I have tried several brands of coffee concentrates, but this is by far the best of all worlds! Wonderful flavor, aroma and price! Not to mention, SO easy and quick to make. I have an insta-hot spigot at my sink so this is a 45 second, magically delicious coffee. I’ve added this to cold milk put it on vanilla ice cream to make a coffee shake, and just made hot coffee. All are great, and the price per serving can’t be beat. I have a cup or glass of coffee every day, and shared with friends. This was delivered just over 2 months ago, and I’m still on my first bottle. I’ve tried more expensive concentrates that lasted a week, and didn’t taste nearly as wonderful. The pump drips every once in a while. I just set this on my counter with a napkin folded under it and I would get a drop every couple of weeks. So definitely not a big deal. I HIGHLY recommend this coffee. The product availability is not as reliable as I would like, but this may be a small company. I’m anxiously awaiting my next delivery. I had to revert to my old coffee… yuck! Please come back SOON!

I'm a coffee concentrate convert! Top Roast rocks.
********THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ORIGINAL TOP ROAST AND NOT FOR THE CARAMEL FLAVOR********** Two pumps of this in a pint glass of almond milk and a few ice cubes gets me sufficiently caffeinated and is a treat I really look forward to in the morning. I'm not a coffee connoisseur but I do know when I'm having something that works as far as having enough of a kick to get me functioning and it's pretty tasty, too. It's amazingly inexpensive for what you get! My previous favorite coffee concentrate was Chameleon Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate but it's really heavy to lug from the store in its glass bottles, has to be refrigerated and takes up too much space in the fridge. Top Roast is compact and does the trick just as well if not better. I think I might prefer the taste of Chameleon but the convenience and low price of Top Roast has won me over! Update: I actually do like the taste of Top Roast better than Chameleon. Also, two pumps of Top Roast is a mega turbo boost that suits people like me who need a powerful kick in the pants to get going in the morning. One pump (or even half a pump) is probably all that most people would need or want so try less first! UPDATE: The caramel flavor is awful. The original flavor is excellent.

Great product, but check the serving count!
We loved the convenience of this product. It makes iced coffee a breeze all summer! A pump of this, a splash of Skinny Syrup, ice water and cream and it rivals a Starbucks iced coffee. It's surprisingly good - and STRONG. I only need to use 1/2 a pump. We were sad that it wasn't available for several months and excited to see it back on Amazon! I'd give it 5 stars, but I couldn't bring myself to, because they've basically TRIPLED the price since we last bought it. I was shocked to see the small bottle arrive, because I hadn't noticed the different serving amount (my fault for not going back to see what we got last time we ordered it.) We paid $19.95 for a 300 serving bottle this past September (same vendor,) but now you only get 100 servings for nearly the same price? Definitely not the budget-friendly bargain it was before (which is why I chose it over other coffee concentrates in the first place,) so I may just have to start brewing my own iced coffee again. So disappointing! There's not much else like it out there, though, so that may be its saving grace. I'll track how many weeks this bottle lasts and if it's cheaper than brewing my own (same cost as about 3 weeks-worth of my favorite coffee beans,) it just might still be worth it! Edited to add: I received a courteous and polite email from a company rep, explaining that the price of the 300 serving product was reduced in September as part of a promotion to encourage trial and to clear out the inventory, as they were moving to the 100 serving bottle. The original cost of the 300 serving bottle was apparently $49.99. I've increased my rating to 4 stars based on their prompt and pleasant customer service rep. Note to company: I think I'd still rather pay $49.99 for the larger, 300 serving bottle and have to order less frequently (and save $7) than $18.99 for 100. I urge you to consider offering BOTH sizes as options. :)

Best Columbian Coffee Concentrate EVER! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
Was going to give them 5 stars but this month I ordered 3 bottles and they all expire in 2 1/2 months, the same date as the bottles I purchased almost 2 years ago. I messaged them but no response after 2 weeks. I’m so disappointed. I’ve been buying this product for many, many years (Columbian Coffee Concentrate) and LOVE it. I love this coffee! I use 2 pumps in my morning 16-oz cold blended drink and it is yummy! I love the pre-measured pumps and the ease of just pulling it out of the cupboard and pumping the exact amount needed. No mess, no hassle. Only one negative… Top Roast runs out more than any other company I’ve known, literally. It’s so difficult to replenish when it seems like the coffee is always “currently unavailable.” Now they can’t even message me back about the bottles ready to expire in July. This is crazy!

Super convenient way to make your morning coffee.
For years I went through various types of coffee makers, looking for something that made my morning routine easy. I tried the k-cups, but was not that happy with the expensive wasteful plastic cups or that a single brew didn't fill my travel mug. I also tried single serve drip makers and while the flavor was good, I didn't like having to clean the maker and filter basket every morning. This resolved all my problems. Now for morning coffee, I only have to heat up water in my electric kettle, pour into my travel size tumbler with two pumps of Top Roast Columbian Coffee, a quick stir and I'm good to go. The flavor is a little different than drip, but it doesn't taste like instant. It has a nice rich flavor. I highly recommend getting an electric kettle to go with this. You'll find they heat up water much faster than a microwave or a stove-top kettle. Plus, no annoying whistle and you don't have to worry about forgetting it if it has an automatic shut-off feature.

Good Idea, Mediocre Execution
This is a decent product, but I'm not sure I'll purchase again. I'd rather spend a few extra bucks on finding a different coffee concentrate without some of these issues. The Good: - Better-than-decent flavor. Won't please true coffee snobs, but I mean... It tastes like coffee. Not great coffee, but good coffee - EXTREMELY convenient, which is most of the point of the product - Pump is great for measuring - Decent price point - Concentrate is a great way to make a quick iced latte before running out the door, if you neither have nor want an espresso machine The Bad: - GROUNDS. SO MANY GROUNDS. Why do so few other reviews mention this? Did I get a bad batch? I thought maybe it'd just be the first couple pumps, but I'm a month into this bottle and I've had to devise a method of straining, since a soy latte is too thick for the grounds to settle to the bottom of the cup. Before adding soy milk, I pump the concentrate into a glass measuring cup, add some water to thin it out, stir, and let it settle for a few seconds. Then pour that through a strainer into my to-go cup and leave most of the grounds in a sludge in the measuring cup, which I rinse into the sink. It's all a bit ridiculous. Why is this product not strained better?? - It's not exactly as cost-effective as they claim. One pump in 8oz is extremely weak. I do 2 and a half pumps in 12 oz of water or milk. - Like I said, the flavor won't win any awards, so if you're looking for phenomenal coffee, I just... Why are you even looking at coffee concentrates? This isn't for you. Shoo.

best thing to happen to coffee since the Turks
it's not the best flavor in the world, but literally any creamer or flavor you add to it masks any bitterness. it's kinda like a cheap espresso bean flavor; i can't do it straight, it tastes like coffee that sat on the burner too long at the office. That being said, the ease of use and overall quality is amazing. I would like to remove half a star because the pump does like to put 1 single drop on the counter a random amount of time after you pump it. i've watched it, and it won't drip... come back in a half hour for another pump and it's dripped, alright. My routine is 5 ice cubes in a pint glass, fill about 3" with water, put 1 pump of this in, fill with water to the 1 cup mark (you do know where the 1 cup mark in a pint glass is, right?) and then top off with milk. I don't add sugar, the milk has enough flavor to negate the taste i was talking about earlier. I hope it's at least close to 100 pumps, because if it is, this is my new "go-to" coffee for at least the next year.

Good flavor good value five star
I have to say this is a five-star review let me tell you I only use half a pump in the glass that you see for my iced coffee I usually buy two or three Starbucks a day you know the 290 calorie frappuccinos the vanilla flavor I will never go back the taste is amazing like I said a half a pump instead of one pump I use almond milk unsweetened vanilla so the coffee that you see next to me is only 30 calories and it tastes amazing you have to try it this is the Columbia roast concentrate my pump worked perfect I can't say enough nice things about it I will have to say that I also drink Javy and taste wise it's apples and oranges Javi tastes like Javi it's more smoother and this one has a little bit more coffee flavor but you really can't compare the two I like my Javi and I like this both are five stars this one you're getting more value for your money it's $25 for 15.2 Oz and 100 cups Javy is 6 oz and 30 cups so you kind of get the picture happy shopping I love it will be ordering more
