So glad I could get this. Found it years ago at my local grocery store during a promotion but couldn't find it again. I feel it tastes a tiny bit different. But it still is delicious and spicy. But not hot. Love it.

This stuff is incredible on anything at all

I love this sauce, it's a really great middle ground between tomato pesto and your typical cayenne pepper sauce (eg Cholula or Frank's). It's mild with a pleasantly bright flavor without being too sharp. My mom first bought it for me at an outlet store & I'm almost out, so I'm really glad to see it here. I love it on eggs, but I want to try it as a rub or marinade for pulled pork too.

If you are familiar with Mojo Picón from the Canary Islands or from the award-winning restaurant in Santiponce (Sevilla) called "El Ventorillo Canario" them you are absolutely going to LOVE this Mojo Picón; it is perfect! My wife is from Spain, she loves a taste from home and we use it as a dipping sauce and in cooking. It is especially good on papas arrugadas. Don't doubt, try it.

I use this with Manchego cheese and it is wonderful. Both the cheese and sauce complement one another, while holding their own. ¡Qué rico!
