Broke on day one
UPDATE: The seller reached out and sent us a new necklace that we are very pleased with. Exceptional customer service! The item was very pretty, but the chain literally broke on day one of my daughter wearing it. Super disappointing.

Great meaningful but not expensive gift for my daughter’s 10th birthday, and she LOVED IT!!! She wore it the first day she had it & took it off before bed. When I went to put it on her the next morning, she told me that it came messed up because there was an extra dangly piece & the clasp part only slides into a hole and dangles out the other side, but won’t keep the necklace from falling off- well it wasn’t any extra pieces OR even a clasp, the open/close mechanism part was still attached to the side it should clip onto, sooo needless to say, it’s broken. I will try to find it tomorrow & add a picture of what I mean to this review. I guess you get what you pay for & I would not buy again. Update 1/2024 Received an email from SERENEY customer service , noticed they had made multiple attempts in December to reach out & justify the issue - Within 2 days of my response I had a new necklace in hand!! I see exactly what the problem was with the first necklace… this necklace is very fragile & has a different type of “tightening “ mechanism. This time I see a little paper instructions that came with the necklace. I’ve included an image of the instructions- this is the exact issue we had with the first one. Definitely happy with this company & their customer support 🙌👌🏻

Lovely pearl necklace
This item is absolutely beautiful! I was searching for a present for my granddaughters, both born on the same day, for a long time. When I found this necklace, I knew immediately that this was exactly what I needed. The moment my teenage granddaughters saw it, they loved it and wore it.
